Yes No Capital LLC is a financial research and information services company registered in Minnesota. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use yesnocapital.com and related services.

Information We Collect

Account information: When you sign up, we collect your email address. We use magic link authentication — we do not collect or store passwords.

Payment information: Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number, CVV, or full card details on our servers. Stripe handles all payment data under their own privacy policy.

Waitlist: If you join our waitlist, we store your email address to notify you when features become available.

Institutional tier: If you subscribe to our Institutional tier, we use your email to deliver weekly reports and priority alerts. No questionnaires or session data are collected.

Usage data: We use Cloudflare's built-in analytics, which does not use cookies or track individual users. We do not use Google Analytics or any third-party tracking scripts.

How We Use Your Information

• To authenticate your account and provide access to the platform
• To process payments and manage subscriptions via Stripe
• To send transactional emails (login codes, payment receipts, digest emails you opted into)
• To deliver Institutional tier weekly reports and priority alerts
• To notify waitlist members about new features

What We Do Not Do

• We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes
• We do not serve ads or use ad-tracking technologies
• We do not use cookies for tracking (authentication uses HttpOnly session cookies only)
• We do not build behavioral profiles or sell data to data brokers

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may process your data:

• Stripe — payment processing (stripe.com/privacy)
• Resend — transactional email delivery (resend.com/privacy)
• Cloudflare — hosting and CDN (cloudflare.com/privacypolicy)

Data Storage and Security

Your email and account data are stored in Cloudflare KV (key-value storage). Authentication tokens are signed with HMAC-SHA256 and transmitted over HTTPS only. Session cookies are HttpOnly, Secure, and SameSite=Lax.

Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your email remains in our system for account recovery purposes. To request complete deletion of your data, email us at the address below.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing us. We will respond within 30 days.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy at any time. Material changes will be noted with an updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
